Jackson's Resolutions

So, it's official - it's 2013 - Happy New Year!

Jackson happily rang in the new year with milk, a diaper change and a little time in his favorite giraffe bouncer.  Mommy and daddy fell asleep about 11pm, but were awake again by midnight to celebrate, just in time for a feeding.  Jackson wanted us to share with everyone a bit of information about him, since all anyone knows right now is his length, weight and a few other vital statistics - so get to know our little miracle baby a little bit better - Enjoy!

Jackson's likes:
1.  Eating
2.  Being held and cuddled by mommy & daddy
3.  Being swaddled
4.  His giraffe bouncer and awesome swing
5.  When mommy sings to him*  (please note that this is the first person in history to enjoy mommy's singing)
6. Peeing on himself
7.  Being an escape artist (and showing us that by trying to ninja out of any situation including feedings, changings and certain holding positions.  This also includes being in his swing or bouncer, or swaddle.  He loves being swaddled, but somehow, short of being duct taped around his midsection, he will, without a doubt, be able to get out within 5 minutes.)
8.  Hitting himself in the face

Jackson's dislikes:
1.  Being naked
2.  Diaper changes (which unfortunately go hand in hand with number one)
3.  Accidental camera flashes
4.  Wearing socks
5.  Diaper rash
6.  When the neighbor's dogs incessently bark
7.  Hiccups

Jackson is indecisive at the moment on the following topics:
1.  His political standpoint
2.  American Idol vs. The Voice
3.  Kody
4.  What he wants to be when he grows up
5.  New York Style pizza vs. Chicago Deep Dish

Jackson's New Years Resolutions:
1.  To gain more weight
2.  To like (or learn to deal with) being naked or changed without having a melt down of epic proportions
3.  To grow out his hair
4.  To continue to melt mommy & daddy's hearts
5.  To keep more milk in his stomach vs. on his clothes/ daddy's clothes/ mommy's clothes / the sofa
