May 31st was a very special day in our house - it was Matt's "golden" birthday, meaning he turned 31 on the 31st. We celebrated with Red Lobster and his dessert of choice - apple pies from Checkers. You don't have to check the levels on your computer screen, you are seeing correct - there are four of them.
On Sunday, we got together with the Bishop family and went to the Iowa Machine Shed and then back to mom & dad's house for cake... the only problem was that everyone was too full to eat the cake, so Matt had it for breakfast this morning (it was apple cake, so it did definitely have some nutritional value).
