No, not on horseback - our little man is starting to crawl. He has mastered the 'turtle on his stomach' move, going in circles, but yesterday, he took his first two crawling steps. He has been working on his push up moves for about a month, and he is just now realizing that if his legs move while pushing up, he goes somewhere. It is great to watch, he gets so proud of himself that he starts laughing and smiling with each new discovery. It will not be long until he is seriously mobile. Our little man is growing up! He is eating a full diet of solid foods, cutting his first teeth (the two bottom ones) and tonight he reached up for me to pick him up for the very first time -cue my heart melting.
He is OBSESSED with the remote control, loves carrying around his travel bag of wipes - everywhere. If he is in his car seat, chances are, there is a pack of wipes in his lap so that he can play with it. It works better than a pacifier ever has.
On with the pictures of our sweet boy!
I must say that it has gotten MUCH harder to take his weekly / monthly picture since he has started picking up anything and everything. I have to be very quick on my feet to capture the moment, and sometimes it takes dozens of shots to get the one with the correct age / date.
The four options are weeks, months, years and grades, and last week, he really, really wanted to be in 86th grade and didn't want me to change it. Oh, Jackson!

Check out how much he has changed from week three to month seven (and how much his stuffed animal collection has grown)!
