Deck the Halls!



 

We have been fully decorated for the holidays since Thanksgiving, and will be sad in a week (or three) when we have to take down our Christmas decorations.  We had a Christmas photo evening where the kiddos put up with about a thousand camera flashes before we called it a night.

Abby wasn't too excited about getting her picture taken but LOVES

 to help by getting Jax to smile and laugh for pictures.

After the session was over, she brought her very special Belle bear down and took about three hundred photos of her. In different poses. It was hilarious.

 

We are anxiously awaiting Christmas to arrive, and Buddy, our Elf on the Shelf, has been popping up in some curious places. We found him yesterday in Abby's room - but he had taken toilet paper and teepeed her room.  She can't wait to see where he may pop up every morning.

 

As a family tradition, we cut down our Christmas tree again this year we were lucky enough to have had ideal weather. It was 50 degrees or so and I didn't even have to wear a coat. 

Now that's what I'm talking about.
